East Gateway to Downtown Long Beach

 Shoreline Gateway is the second phase of a beachfront apartment high-rise community with panoramic ocean views located in Downtown Long Beach. It will be one of only two coastal high-rise apartment buildings built in L.A. County since the 1960’s, offering one of the most walkable locations in all of Southern California. The 35-story building is scheduled to open in 2021 and offers 315 luxury, market rate apartments and 6,500 sq. ft. of ground floor retail, fronting a 10,000 sq.ft. plaza.

The property is located in the East Village Arts District – a hip, urban and rapidly changing neighborhood with all of the elements for accelerated growth, including excellent walkability to the beach, the metro, a Vons grocery store, major public and private developments, and a massive job base undersupplied by quality apartments.
